Terms & Conditions of Airlie Auto's Membership program

AIRLIE AUTO MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT NOTICE 

The Airlie Auto® company (Also known as Bosch Automotive & Tyre Plus Airlie Beach) is independently owned and operated automotive workshop, including our workshop. 

This is an Agreement under which you agree to become a Member of our Workshop. It is made up of this Important Notice, the Details 

section, the attached Terms and any other document attached or referred to, including our Workshop Rules, our privacy policy and the Special 

Conditions for 16-17 Year Olds (if applicable).

 

When you sign this Agreement, you are entering into a legally binding contract with us. (Which you can freeze or cancel at anytime, we just require notice to get organise the requested action for you).

This Agreement sets out your rights to use our Services and the responsibilities you have to comply with as a Member. 

These responsibilities, including payment of Membership Fees, do not depend on how often you use our Services. 

What is set out in this Agreement overrides any statements made by you or us before you agree, pay online and/or signed it so you should read through it fully to make sure it reflects your expectations. If you are unsure whether any particular statements that you have relied on are part of this Agreement, or if you have any queries regarding this Agreement, please ask us before you join online, pay and/or sign. 

 

THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION AT ANYTIME 

 

TYPE OF AGREEMENT 

You must choose the type of agreement you wish to have by choosing the relevant online product: 

There is no fixed term agreements. You can freeze or cancel at anytime. If you finish your agreement and later wish to re-join you will need a new agreement if you want to keep using Facilities and Services. You may/or may not (depending on any marketing specials or promotions) need to pay a new rate and a new joining fee may apply.

 

Direct Debit Information: If an automatic direct debit arrangement is in place, your Membership Fees will continue to be debited from your account until you or we cancel the arrangement by advising your bank or credit provider. If you end this Agreement or stop the automatic debit arrangement in a way not described in this Agreement, you may be liable for damages for breach of contract. You should, however, cancel any direct debit authorization with notice. By contacting us in writing.

 

SUMMARY OF SOME KEY TERMS 

Some of the key terms of this Agreement are summarised below. You must refer to the noted clause or provision for full details: 

Cooling Off: You can cancel this Agreement at any time from the start day by giving us written notice and filling out a cancellation or freeze form. 

Your Safety: You agree to give us all relevant information about your vehicle before or during we commence any work.  

Access and Reciprocity: When you join our Membership, you can only access and use our Facilities and Services under Airlie Auto Pty Ltd.  

Membership Transfer and Assignment of this Agreement: As a broad rule, if you would like to transfer you membership in another person's name you will be required to fill in a cancelation form, and both parties will need to fill in a transfer form. 

Putting Your Membership On Hold: In any period in your membership agreement can usually ‘freeze’ your Agreement twice for up to 3 months for both periods combined. 

If we agree, you may freeze your Agreement more than this time for travel, medical or hardship reasons but must give us proof. The minimum freeze period is one billing period (or 1-2 weeks if you have pre-paid your Membership Fees). Your Membership will be extended by the freeze period. 

Cancelling in the Minimum Term for Medical Reasons & Other Reasons: You can cancel your Membership in the Minimum Term, there is no minimum term and you may cancel anytime. Any funds remaining in your membership pool will be automatically transferred to a selected bank account. Unless you have an outstanding bill, then the funds will be applied to the bill before being processed to your bank account. 

Not Enough Money in Account When Fees Are Due: Your bank or credit provider may charge you a fee for overdrawing your account. Our third-party Biller also charges the Biller's Administration Fee.
